How To Manage New Applicant Portals

Now that the new Applicant Portals have launched, Administrators now have a few extra opportunities to add instruction. These include:
- Welcome Title/Welcome Text
- Program Description Overview
- Categorizing programs
- Grace Period
- Adding Specific Step Instructions.
Existing clients that have just been updated to the new system do not have to provide content for these new fields, the system will work well with only your existing settings. However, if you want to convey more instruction to your applicants, these new fields give you that ability.
